I love my weekly burger and fries so I go there every Wednesday for the cheeseburger and fries special 7.99 and it can’t be beat. Burger has nice meaty taste and fries are nice and hot but not oily like some places. The young people working there are always pleasant and friendly . It destroys any fast food burger. So yes I would recommend them highly.
What brought us in was the red velvet shake for February, but everything was great! We enjoyed our burgers and the fries. The shake was amazing and my husband said the fries are better than McyD's. Recommend the Thai Ketchup. The staff was friendly and helped answer all our questions. I appreciated the hand washing sink next to the registers.
This was our first time visiting Burger 21. The fact that there’s no meals was a little confusing at first but our server Bri helped us with recommendations. I had the Tex Mex and my husband had the BBQ Bacon both were great. Bri frequently checked on us to make sure we were happy with our meals and made sure our cups were always refilled. Definitely recommend
We had a great experience our last two visits to this burger 21. In the past, the service has not been great, but the last two visits, there was an employee named Isaiah working and he has made our visits much more enjoyable. He is there to take the order with a smile and was helpful throughout the visit. I actually assumed he was the manager, but found out he is not. There was also another gentleman working, who was very friendly and polite as well, but I didn’t catch his name.
This was my second time at Burger 21 and I’ll definitely be coming back! The food was amazing, the customer service was great, and the dining area was very clean. Everything about the experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!
Had such a great experience at this location. The food was amazing, almost amazing as the service. Had multiple workers go out of there way to help explain the menu and assist me and my family. The manager even stopped by our table to make sure we were having a good time. 10/10 would definitely come back!!
